Keeping Track of Important Assets

Create and track your equipment or assets records in one place with the Zinergy Asset Manager. This module tracks assets such as software, hardware and technical equipment. You can enter the serial number or product number and track where the asset is, its condition if it needs repair or replacement and so on. This gives you tremendous flexibility when solving problems.

Our powerful Asset Management Software has over 5 kinds of customizable fields to help organize and categorize your assets. These fields include drop-down lists with checkboxes, text fields, day/date fields, and “field masking” that force the user to input information in properly before allowing them to go to the next screen in the service management software. This ensures more accurate record keeping.
Zinergy Help Desk Solution allows you to input information about an asset within the database and then link the information to incoming tickets. That asset can be linked to a contact or a site for record-keeping accuracy. All this information is then stored in your central server.

You can also attach any documents, such as manuals, configuration settings, and/or lease agreements, etc., to every asset. You can monitor assets through their lease term and/or purchase date, repair schedule, or until their disposal. Each asset’s information can be stored electronically and is accessible to anyone with permission to allow them to track company assets or those of an organization.
